Where the product requires a connection to a third-party brokerage or data account (such as Alpaca), you connect and authenticate using your own credentials. We do not place trades on your behalf.

If you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you provide, via Netlify Forms. That's the extent of what's collected directly by this site today.
We don't sell your data. We don't pool your trading activity or Alpaca account data with other users' data. We don't run advertising trackers on this site.
You can ask us to delete your waitlist email at any time by contacting us. If you're in a jurisdiction with specific data rights (such as GDPR or CCPA), those rights apply and we'll honor requests consistent with them — this section will be expanded with jurisdiction-specific detail as part of the pending legal review.
